Our Coastal Endurance Regatta Recently Featured by the Salt Spring Exchange

We're delighted that the Salt Spring Exchange recently published an article exploring the rise of coastal rowing and the story behind Race Around the Rock.

Written as part of our ongoing awareness and storytelling efforts, the piece introduces local readers to one of North America's most unique endurance rowing events, the growing momentum behind coastal rowing, and why athletes are increasingly travelling to Salt Spring Island to experience rowing on the Salish Sea.

Perhaps most encouragingly, the article has already sparked curiosity from island residents who had never heard of coastal rowing before and are now interested in giving it a try.
